Such a wonderful experience with this place and in particular with Iris, she is the store manager. She helped me to find right unit and offered best price compared to other storage companies nearby. Also she was generous enough to consider the situation when my moving out was sort of delayed due to Winter Storms affecting roads n transport locally.
I came in today looking to get a unit, this is my first time getting a storage unit and iris was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find the size I needed at the best value. Truly excellent customer service!
Iris is amazing she seriously needs a star I never had any one been so friendly and respectful to us here she is nice and funny I told her when I die I would love to have her spirit in me thank you for always making smile and talking to us u make our day happy every time we come.
I had a hard time finding a good storage in Irving area. Iris helped me spot a good space and helped me with getting new locks and affordable insurance.
Friendly staff, very accommodating at this facility. The one less than a mile,though.I felt was over charging me for storage. I already have a unit up the road less than a mile and within a year. It went up over thirty dollars. For a 10x30 when I inquired about a 10x20 I was told 180.00 dollar which is only about 14.00 dollars less than my 10x30 but this second location charge 58.00 dollars less.So i believe I'm being deliberately over charged all together at the first place.i wish I had all my stuff at a more fair honest place.
