I’m taking the time to write this review bc it pleases me when I receive awesome customer service. I was interested in leasing out a small unit to keep some boxes while in the moving process. I found exactly what I needed here for a great price. Chasity at the front desk was, as all customer service should be, friendly, kind, and even greeted us with a smile. She was thorough in the whole process and had direct answers to my questions. I am a firm believer that great customer service speaks volumes about the business. This is a place I would recommend.
The place is well maintained. I like the cameras spread out around the property so I feel better about leaving my stuff there. Also, I've never really had any issues with the staff. The prices are reasonable as well. Overall, I have no issues with Security Self Storage
Jeri the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful The property was very clean. I would recommend you go see Jeri if you have storage needs
Chasity was awesome! Easy and fast service.
The main lady who stays on property is very nice and accommodating, unlike the part-time girl who was rude and wouldn't even let me use the bathroom as a paying tenant.
