My experience of getting a storage space was SUPER SMOOTH! I reserved with an offsite person. She gave me the options and prices first. After the initial call, shortly after I received a call from an on-site person who went over everything in the phone with me! I had all the information needed to access and my storage without going inside the location. The Convenience of the information in the text messages, emails, and phone call was all I needed. They even had a message on my storage unit with a secure seal, inside was the lock and key I had purchased as well. When I did have to go inside the store to purchase boxes Desiree was friendly, outgoing, and 100% helpful. Thanks extra space storage for making my last minute move easier ud83dude0a

We got a large storage unit at this facility because we were remodeling our house. We like that they have a secure gate and cameras everywhere. We got an interior storage unit and the inside of the building is clean. The manager lives on the grounds and we like that too. We've been there several times over several different days of the week and we've never had any issue whatsoever. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to store their belongings.

Dan was most helpful in explaining everything about this facility. I appreciate the time he took with me. I like the fact that the storage area is very secure and cameras are in every area for the on-site manager to view as well as office personnel. Overall a very good experience!

This place was exactly what I needed. Easy to get in and out through the gate, plenty of cameras for security, and I was able to do everything through the app without ever even having to go into the office. It was also very clean and I appreciate the wood blocks in the unit so my stuff didn't have to sit on the floor. Will definitely use this place again for any future storage needs.
