I called in prior to going to the store about passport photos and they said they do but after i went to the store they say the don’t and ask me to go to some other store.ni guess they are just employees and don’t care about customer service
It was good and they gave me what I want
Worst cvs ever. I called to check if they take passport pictures. A lady answered at 1 pm and said they do but the camera is being charged and suggested me to come after 3 pm. I went there at 3:30 and the store clerk said I don’t know who said you to come after 3, but the camera is still charging. Wow, this is how you do to your customers CVS? What type of camera you have that takes more than 3 hours to charge? You waisted my time that I saved from my lunch break. I am never ever gonna go to CVS again.
Pathetic service!! One guy serving pharmacy, grocery, photo and everything. No sequence of entertaining the customer. Go this place if you have extra time to take pictures.
