It was an okay experience, Ross normally has good deals just depends on where you go. A lot of the store was messy and had a big wait inside. From the register to the back of the building. Employees are nice and so are the people, just really hectic.
It's a good store familiies and there are so many items to choose from. But one should have enough time to traverse through isles and pick the item of choice. Most of the products are at fair prices compared to other stores. People at the counter are friendly and courteous, at least per my experience. It is very unlikely that you will get the same product in multiple counts. There is at least some thing for everyone of a family.
The place was a wreck. I understand it was kind of close to closing time. Still no excuse for the place to be so trashed. The isles were full of clothes or other items all over the place. The shelves were ransacked. It was terrible
This place almost always has a serious line. Like a wait in line for 15-20 minutes line. The prices are OK. But at least half the time I come here and search through the thrift store like shelves for an hour for things I want.... then see the line... I just leave whatever I was going to buy and go home.
Found what we need most of the time. Very busy though but many cashiers so it went quickly.
