I didn't have a problem with my order, but I couldn't get into a rapid pickup parking space. They were using one of the signs as a door stop. So, people started parking there. I had to wait for a spot to open up. Can they buy a door stop please...

This was the second time in a row that my pick up order has been incorrect. The first time I paid extra for a bread bowl that I did not receive, and this time they forgot my soup entirely. I did curbside pick up and left. After returning home and realizing they left it out, I called to let them know I’d be driving back for it. They said okay. I returned and walked into the store, there were three cashiers standing there with no line and the place was very slow. I told them I was here for the soup and while one went for the order, I let the other two know this was my second incorrect order in a row. They just stared at me like it wasn’t their problem. The girl returned with the soup and just said “sorry about that.” They could tell I was frustrated and I wasn’t offered anything for my troubles (not that I expect anything, but a genuine apology for making me drive all the way back on their error would have been nice). Especially when I tip here!!!! There’s no service in curbside except the walk to my car at the front door! New employees/management would be beneficial to this group.

Awesome location. My cashier Seong was very warm and welcoming. Very polite. After I finished my order she even handed me a small thank you cookie! So kind! We will be back to pick up breakfast soon. Thanks Seong for your service and kindness.

Usually I had good experience at Panera locations. It has many options for food. The staff here is friendly, but every time I have visited, I always had to remind them to refill coffee, hot water cans. I had to ask them to refill milk as well. Most of the times I don’t see this location being very busy either. Maybe they can work on that.

Even though my order was incomplete, the food was very good & arrived on time (ordered delivery to our hotel). They get 4 stars because the employee apologized & we were compensated for the inconvenience. Kudos for great customer service.
