Wonderful service and food. We ordered in the drive thru, the cashier was 'smiling' over the intercom. We knew we had made the correct decision to eat there as soon as she greeted us. We then ate in the parking lot so we could enjoy the food while fresh and hot. Although the government says it is safe to dine inside, we don't feel that way. But we still wish to patronize our favorite places .nThis visit was perfect in every way!

Quick, polite service. Tasty and presented well, food looked like the pictures unlike most other fast food.

Got the deluxe & was fantastic..fresh,meat good quality. Will go back & try different sandwich.

The service was fast and employees were polite, but on two occasions visiting this location they forgot items in my order. One order, chips. And another order, the salad dressing. It’s disappointing to have already drove home/work and seeing that food paid for was not received. For that reason, bc it has been a waste of money for items not received, I’m rating two stars. The food quality was okay. I prefer the location off of O’Conner, I’ve never had an issue there.

I honestly have to write this review because in the times we're living in, we always hear about the negative, but let me tell you about something positive. Yesterday I placed an order with SCHLOTZSKY'S through DoorDash. It was delivered in a timely manner, no problem with that. However, once I opened my order, it was wrong. I tried calling the Doordash guy, however, my calls wouldn't get through, as if the number was disconnected. Doordash..... never know what to expect. Anyway, I decided to call the store and spoke with a young lady, not sure of her name, but I told her what happened and she was very nice. She decided to get her Manager, and I am sorry, but I didn't get his name, but this all happened around maybe 4pm and 5pm, so whoever the Manager is at that time. I spoke with the Manager, told him what happened. He listened to everything I said. He apologized and stated he will make it right, and he asked how far I was, and I told him. I also stated I couldn't come and pick anything up because I was working from home. He kept apologizing, and I told him it was okay. He stated that he will do the order over, and drive it to me himself!! I was literally shocked, because I have had a situation like this happen before at another eatery, and they just didn't care. So to end this long essay... I'm sorry..... This man went above and beyond what I expected. He made sure he had my address correct, my number, and my order was delivered!!!..... and yes it was correct!!! Sir, I don't know your name, but maybe you will know mine... Rhonda D. I just wanted to thank you for being so nice, and doing something you didn't have to. I hope Corporate will see this because you deserve a handshake, pat on the back, and a raise!!! Thank you again for the pleasant experience!!!!!
