Excellent services and experience. After coming from the San Marcos store after an hour ordeal and horrible experience we came to this store, got what we wanted and were in and out in 10 minutes. Riz provided best customer service experience. I should have gone to this store first.

I have been a faithful MetroPCS customer for a few years and I definitely will have to say Alex gave my daughter and myself the best customer service I have seen. He was very knowledgeable of every item in the store and was able to help my daughter pick the best phone to fit her very social teenage life. Also was able to throw in a few extra things for me as well. This is without a doubt going to be the only Metro location I will use from this point forward! Great job Alex keep up the good work!

Alex was, in all ways, the BEST customer service experience I've had in months. The store was clean, smelled great, impeccable floors and as well, the representative was also very sharp and professional. He knew what I needed and was quick so I was able to keep running my other errands. I'm mad at myself for not having shopped there sooner. I've found where my go-to destination is for all future phone, accessories and service questions. Just make sure this Pro, Alex, is still working and you're in good hands! Thanks again!
