I have decided I am invisible. Entered the store where 2 clerks were assisting 2 customers. I was never greeted. When one clerk completed with one customer, I expected to be addressed and then helped with my issue. Clerk proceeded to be occupied with her phone with no acknowledge of me. I waited several more minutes and being invisible, I left. No one bothered to say you’re next, may I help you, or anything. So much for service at this location.
The Manager Frankie is amazing and so was his trainee. I'm so glad we went here because they are so knowledgeable about everything and super patient. I will only be here for my Tmobile needs and I travel all over.

What a fabulous experience. Avery spent close to three hours transferring 3 lines, moving all our data over and activating our new iPhone 12s. She remained patient and friendly through it all as did the rest of the staff. I would recommend them 100%!
