Love going in here, great selection and knowledgeable staff!nI have read some of the reviews.nMost people have had the same great experience!nThen it sounds like a few bitter adults throwing tantrums because they didn't get what they wanted. If 0 stars was an option. I would leave it. The store employees have no communication between themselves. I was told one thing. Then the story changed. Also was rudely, very rudely, explained what happened! I know they generally have a better reputation, but this last experience left a very sour taste in my mouth! This was in regards to purchasing an item.
Bought mostly all my Firearms from here, love working with Freddy or his kiddos, they are very respectful, also loved working with Danny, great customer service skills, but as of the last week, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, due to 2 employees whom, 1 has been there a good while, apparently needs a nap or food, to not take out his frustration with customers, and another who needs to learn how to talk to customers. Freddy, love ya, but can't work with rude employees. If you had an email, I'd be more detailed, with that, for your respect and stores business.

Always nice but they rip you off for whatever you’re selling. Went to the pawn shop down the street and they gave me triple what Freddy’s offered. They should be more knowledgeable on buying things.
