In my opinion the best donuts in town you got to try the cream cheese filled or the filled bars and not to mention their kolaches super good... the staff are really nice and through the orders quickly So no issues to report here I only speak for the location off Walnut Avenue in New Braunfels Texas
Went by location at loop 337 and 35 on Sunday morning. Long line so I went to this location just down the street, no line. Now I know why. Donuts sucked, cold and hardly any glaze. At first I didn't think they had any glaze. Never seen so little glaze on a glazed donut. Next time waiting in line at other Shirley's.
Customer service was horrible. The guy on the front counter had a bad attitude. Won't be back. Don't buy your donuts from the store front they are not fresh. They truck them in. They were cold. I know my Shipley Do-Nut. This one was bad. I will return to Shipley but not that one.
Over all it's good, but they shouldn't advertise apple filling filled doughnuts as apple fritters...
