I drove 35 minutes to come and snag some bagels from this place. It was the best bagel sandwich I have ever had! Also the hashbrowns are to die for I forgot the woman’s name who was working but she was so sweet and I appreciate the hospitality!! I would definitely come here again no questions asked!!
Wife placed in-store order...she ordered 3 bagels with shmear & jelly and an Applewood bacon & egg sandwich on a cinnamon sugar bagel and hashbrown and was charged $28. She thought it was a little high...it was. 1st she was charged for the jelly - come to find out there was NO jelly and they were charging her for shmear. The Applewood sandwich was on some weird bagel (she showed them a picture of the sandwich) and told them on a cinnamon bagel - didn't realize this until she was home. They refunded her almost $12, but that didn't include the sandwich. I called and was told no refund for the sandwich; would remake it. Not sure if it's worth the drive. Worst order-taker ever. Never have a problem when the real manager is on duty.

Although steady busy, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Always delicious.
Bagels and sandwiches are good, but they're extremely small. Drink sizes are small. I was disappointed.
