Recently acquired a storage unit here. Gary and Sally go above and beyond in their customer service!!! I was amazed on how quick (same day) they made ready and executed my contract. We have had great experiences in working with Compass since Sallie took over. She has made sure that we are well informed on any changes to the property that might impact us, she selected and showed us spaces to store our trailer that were exactly what we were looking for. Better yet, she is always there and checks in on the tenants to make sure they are happy and their needs are being taken care of. We had a couple of problems with drainage, Sallie fixed it and personally added some gravel to our space one bucket at a time. She goes above and beyond when helping us at Compass. Its hard to find employees that care about your experience and personally want to make sure you are happy with their business.nnI say all this because prior to Sallie, this was not our experience with Compass in McKinney. We were told one thing on the phone, and then later it was a different story. It all eventually worked out, but was stressful as we didnt have another facility selected to store our trailer.

Sallie has been amazing in keeping in touch and letting me know if there was a issue in and or around my unit to where I needed Assistance . She has always asked if the unit is clean and to my expectations. Thank you Sallie for caring .
