I have gone into this location several times. The employees are always so kind and helpful. After talking to the Josue several times I decided to make the switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. I have been a customer of AT&T for 6 years. I got set up with a new Iphone. I am already loving the change to T-Mobile. If you are considering changing services talk to Josue and he will take care of you. I highly recommend going and talking about your options at least.
Had a great experience thanks to an employee named Victor. He helped fix issues that seemed near impossible to even deal with, and was very kind and patient about resolving all the problems. I was left satisfied and happy about the experience.
Great place and amazing people! From the moment I walked in this store, they were welcoming and friendly. The person who helped me, Dalia, knew what she was talking about and was able to answer all of my questions regarding changing lines. Highly recommend this T-Mobile!
