The best costumer service! Mary and MG were so nice and helpful with the entire process. The staff in general es very nice. We switched from Verizon to T-mobile and it's been the best decision we've made, the signal works perfect in our area, I don't need to look for any other T-Mobile store cause T-Mobile at Gates of Prosper is for me the #1.
Endy worked with us and was so sweet, patient, and helpful! I appreciate that she wasn’t pushy at all and allowed us to take our time to ensure we made the best choices for our family. Very personable! The new Prosper location is clean, spread out, and easy to access. Great experience!
Myrey helped me get a new phone and line. She was very helpful and nice! Extremely professional and knowledgeable on all subjects I asked questions about. She helped me get the new iPhone 12 and set me up with the perfect phone plan that fits my work needs and personal needs. Cleanest & most high tech store I have been too. I left AT&T and I am never going back because of this store! Great people.
Just got my new LG Dual Screen from Mary at t-mobile in prosper Texas, she was AMAZING and is getting a 5 star from me! Thank you so much Mary great job, love love love my new phone! Also super quick and so knowledgeable!!
Employee says it's a new wide open floorplan they're trying out. Many devices that aren't tethered down and room to roam and breathe. If you're near it check it out. Was treated kindly and with value by those worked together to make sure I understood everything.
