Terrible customer service! Trying to do my part to support local but obviously not appreciated! First I waited outside do to 4 people to in the store rule and upon entering the person that entered behind me was asked if they could be helped? Once I was acknowledged, I asked for a dozen buntinis but needed them separated since I was taking them to two different people! I was told Nope can’t do that... no options offered. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. You would think they would offer better customer service during these difficult times. Guess you are doing fine and don’t need my business!
Fast service, friendly smiles, customers assisting me by showing me their favorites. My family LOVED everything ❤ tonight at supper !!
Cakes and cupcakes are delicious! We love the raspberry cake with white chocolate. Very friendly and attentive staff.
They had a grand opening sign so I got a cake from here for my wife's birthday. I was kind of skeptical at first but everyone at the party loved the cake so they deserve a 5 star. Also, the staffs were friendly and the store was clean.
Stopped by the new store yesterday. Very pretty. My salesperson not too friendly. But the cakes I purchased where delicious!!!
