These guys tricked me when i asked for a large latte, initially gave me a small latte when I pointed that out they took it back and poured the same in large cup and added whip cream on top and said it is a large latte.nWhen asked the guy in the store he simply said take it or leave it, so i had no option other than leaving coffee right there.nTricking customers is not a way to go for a big brand like Panera.
Delicious! Great food and I especially loved the new flat bread pizza! Would recommend to anyone who wants good and healthy food! The only complaint is the service. The got my family's order wrong and put almonds on their sandwich even though they asked for them not to! That's my only complaint, other than that its a great place!
The restaurant was well lit and clean. This was my first time eating at this location and unfortunately it will be my last. The restaurant was empty when we arrived. We made our order on the electronic pads and then sat down at our table. The food/drinks arrived about 10 minutes later. There was a drink missing. We had to tell the waitress/server what drink was missing. We ordered two bowls of soup and they were lukewarm when they were brought to our table. One bowl was sent back to be heated. I pushed mine to the side. Hopefully, this location can make an improvement the quality of food and customer service.
Ordered a Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. Like something that naturally comes with chicken not an add on. And they forgot the chicken. Kind of bummer when it is the main ingredient to the salad and in the name.
We ate dinner inside at this location one Friday evening. The inside of the restaurant was very dirty. Many tables were not wiped off. Food on the floor under tables as if it hadn’t been cleaned all day. The bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels. Disappointed with this location as it is a fairly new location.
