Walmart Pharmacy

Due to multiple vehicles behind my car (in the drive-thru line)....nBOTH the cashier and pharmacist were rushing my purchase/pick-up transaction, failing to be thorough! They failed to inform me this prescription was for only 15 days,n-vs- my previous regular monthlyn30 day prescriptions.nBehind the glass window, he quickly bagged up my bottle and stapled the bag shut.nThey charged me my full $20 co-pay for only a 2 week prescription.nIf they would have informed me that I was only receiving HALF my monthly prescription, I would have NEVER agreed to pay for it!!!nI would have declined the transaction and would have just waited until (after this weekend) this following Monday, to research this error with the prescribing physician....nand to rectify this error and obtain a revised prescription to reflect 30 day quantity.nThe pharmacist told me she couldn’t refund my $20 co-pay and I would then have to be charged an ADDITIONAL $20nco-pay for a new 30day prescription?!nWhy should I be forced to pay a $20 co-pay TWICE, all because the Walmart Pharmacy staff failed to go over my new prescription and take the time to CONSULT with me.... rather then rush me through my transaction....all because there were 2 cars waiting behind me???nThis clearly means to me, that customer QUANTITY is far more important than customer/patient QUALITY!!!nThis is so upsetting to me.nI haven’t been to Walmart pharmacies in years, because of the way they treat their customers like “cattle”.... instead of people.nYesterday, I THOUGHT I’d try Walmart Pharmacy once again..... BOY, what was I thinking?!nThe only thing I got, was a bunch of bad memories that I THOUGHT were a part of my past... unfortunately, they are back haunting me TODAY!nI can see a retail establishment striving to give speedy customer service.... but when comes to drugs/chemicals for people’s health and the high costs that come with it... Walmart must focus on the importance and seriousness of customer HEALTH and well-being.... and SLOW DOWN to ensure accuracy and thorough Pharmacist/Patient communication & transactions!nThanks for listening....ud83dude07n(just being able to vent and type these words helped relieve yesterday’s unneeded stress!)ud83dudc4d

Worst Walmart ever. ud83dude21 horrible customer service and horrible wait time for the lines. I’ve been to this Walmart location a few times wanting to give them a chance to redeem themselves and every time it’s such a disappointment. I’m done with this location. The workers are rude and are no help at all. They are too busy talking among themselves to worry about anything else. This last time I was There I brought My 15 yr old with me and he stayed in the car while I ran In. Only needed two items and it took 25 min because of waiting in line and when I returned To my car my son informed me that two Walmart guys where in the car next to him smoking out of a bong. ud83dude21 Not going back again. THIS IS THE BEST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER USED IN MY LIFETIME OF 67 YEARS. THEY ARE VERY POLITE & EXPEDITIOUS. THERE IS A WALMART PHARMACY CLOSER TO ME ON CUSTER & 380, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS ONE IS 10X BETTER. I HAVE TO DRIVE 4 MILES FARTHER BUT WELL WORTH IT. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

Only pharmacy in area that helps so much. Always pick up there phone abs provide excellent services. Polite staff. Highly recommended
