The students are very well taught, courteous and prompt. The teachers are eclectic and enjoyable, without micromanaging. It was a good experience, I will go back as needed for my haircare needs...

The colorist, stylist, and cashier all asked me if I had a jacket and what I was doing next -- because I had a giant bleach stain down my back and they decided not to mention it. I walked around the mall for an hour and then ran errands like that -- warm day so no jacket to cover it up (which they knew). The bleach spill was careless but forgivable, not telling me about it was deliberate and unforgivable. Including tips I spent $400; I regret going there.

I have been going to this solon for almost 20 years and have always had a great hairstyle. Today I called to make an appointment. They wanted to put my credit card on record. I have nevet cancelled or not shown up for an appointment and have been a loyal customer. No, I will not have you put my credit card on record so it can be hacked.

I wanted to love my hair. First time ever dying it and I immediately had to get a redo, the second stylist was surprised that I had even gotten my hair done at Gene Juarez it was so messed up. I am leaving this review to inform future buyers, maybe don’t splurge before you do your research.

They do a good job but they're soooo overpriced. $100 for haircut and $180 for ONE all over color, not a foil when my hair is 1/2 inch to 2 inches long. That's just out of control.
