After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to help me in bakery, they took my order. I ordered a cake from their catalog on Sunday for my daughters birthday and they asked me if the design was edible or not. I told them I wasn’t sure since I didn’t work there so they took my order and said they would follow up with me on Tuesday and never did. I used Kroger as backup just in case and I’m glad I did because they never followed up on cake order. When I called to cancel my order they didn’t apologize; will not use this bakery again.
We bought two tires. They arrived on time and just as ordered however the customer service in the tire department was less than courteous and borderline rude.nnNo appointment needed but you'll have to wait. My tires were installed in an hour and a half.nnWhen I got my car the tire pressure light was on. Just have to drive it and it should go off. Well one would think. It didn't and when had the tires checked the next day the pressure was not correct and found out that the driver side tire pressure sensor was no longer working. Went to take the car back to get it looked at and was asked to wait.nnNot willing to wait we took it to Goodyear in McKinney and they fixed it.nnSorry WallMart - everyone has tires. Have to realize it is a customer service business your in.
