3 stars because when this location gets there cold brew right it is amazing, but I've only had a good one twice out of the ten or more times I've ordered. Not consistent, sad because when this location first opened about a year ago the staff was always on point and even would remember my husband's order which made us feel like we were at a small town donut store and it made us want to keep returning because of having such a positive experience but it is not longer this way unfortunately

The food is always fresh and the weight is never long. My only complaint is occasionally messed up drinks - asking for unsweetened hazelnut shots and receiving sweetened, for example.nnStill, it doesn't happen often and the quality of the food and staff is very good.

This place is never on point. It seems like there’s no manager on duty ever. Ordered a medium hot coffee and asked for a fresh hot coffee two times and they gave me a old cup of coffee twice. This is the reason why I never like to come to this location and instead I go to the Eldorado location.

If you want a positive experience at this location, you should ask what they feel like making instead of placing an order. Whatever you order will be screwed up. That seems to be the only thing they are consistent with at this location. Three times I've been there and they screwed up the order every time. You can repeat your order and they will call it back incorrectly. The entire staff should increase their adderall dosage because they don't seem to pay attention to anything. Go to the one on El Dorado or drive to Oklahoma or any other location. This one is an undisputed failure. Hoping they can turn it around or be replaced by a battery store or a yarn barn.

the customer service here is amazing. i was having the worst day and the worker (i don’t know his name) was so nice to me and encouraged me. he gave me an amazing pep talk and i cried for a second and he made me feel better than any of my friends did in the time it takes to go through the drive thru. that is why i love dunkin so much
