Dez Day Spa & Beauty Lounge

Dez was great. She was very informative about each step during the facial, afterwards even asking if I really wanted to skip the foot massage or not. Her massage pressure was very good and my skin looked great after the treatment. She also checked in with me multiple times during the 90 minutes, asking how I was doing, if the pressure was good, etc. She definitely cares about her customers.nnShe did have another client while I was there, but managed the time well between the two of us (e.g. applied my mask, left the room to work on the other client's hair for 10 minutes, came back to check on me, etc.). She also was clear in her communication about that and I had no problem with it. I was able to hear most of the conversation they were having, so if you're chatty and expecting total privacy you may be a bit disappointed.nnThe treatment rooms are cozy and have a white noise machine in them. The machine was a bit noisy for me so Dez turned it off allowing me to hear the music instead.nnAs everyone's personal tastes are different, I'm not lowering the stars on my review. When I mentioned something (noise machine, turning off heating pad on treatment table, etc.), Dez quickly addressed it with zero fuss. Overall, you should expect to have a professional, caring, fairly-priced experience.

I went into this spa for a facial package and Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She was very welcoming and knowledgeable, giving good suggestions and options for the skin concerns I stated. I felt wonderfully renewed walking out of there.

Dazema took such amazing care of me! I loved the location itself and wanted to stay all day! (so I did ;) ) I got a spa package and added a reflexology/ massage and a lash tint and perm. every service was perfect, and Dazema was incredible. She clearly loves what she does and made me feel gorgeous. I will absolutely be back!
