It was very easy to book my storage online and got a way cheaper rate. It is easy access to get in and out and I feel my things will be protected. The lady from the front office was very helpful as well.
Blackhawk location has an excellent manager. He was polite, helpful and even stayed after closing to help us complete our rental on a Sunday.
Very good service never had a problem.. would recommend to friends.
I like the location and that it's climate controlled. The buildings are clean and i am assured that they are pest free.
After booking a spot online (and paying) we pulled our RV to the location only have a terrible experience. The attendant on site did not help us find our spot. Once we went back inside and asked they put on us in an uncovered spot on a rock lot (we had paid for covered parking). We explained this and the manager said there is also an issue between the call center booking and then. She went back and forth and couldn’t find anywhere covered for us to put our camper. I had to call the call center and get them on the phone before we were given a covered spot. I requested a GM call back and still have not received it. We were there for 2 hours just trying to park our camper. We would have left except we had already paid. Terribly unorganized and poor customer service.
