Ordered a truck load of materials and they were the carrier. Items were supposted to be delivered yesterday but they called to schedule a deliver today. After waiting all day and not hearing anything from them I call and they tell me they decided to deliver it next monday instead. I told them that is unacceptable and now they are claiming they will send a driver out tonight by 7pm. If you decide to use them for your shipping needs just keep in mind they will probably not get there for at least a week after they are due.
DRIVERS ARE COURTEOUS OTR... IM A TRUCK DRIVER & I SEE MOST DRIVERS FROM THIS COMPANY BEING RESPECTFUL
My coworker and I went to pick up somenmaterials a few weeks ago. WOW!!! They had an immaculate parking lot. It was the cleanest and most organized parking lot, I have ever seen. Also, all the trucks were clean and parked straight! Nice to see the pride they show by the sheer cleanliness from the minute you drive up to their very well secured location. Everything else around them was awful, but there’s a lot of construction going on in the area.
Great complex and staff. Google maps did not take me to the correct location but we figured it out.
My company uses Old Dominion primarily for our shipments nationally and The Houston Terminal is on our busiest and fortunately we and our customers consistently receive friendly and professional service. The drivers and office staff are always helpful and willing to do all they can to accommodate our needs. One staff that stands out and represents Old Dominion very well is Shammah! Keep up the great work!
