Waited all day for a package at my office. It was next day delivery. Then received text that delivery attempt was made and I was not there. Really? I've been waiting all day long, one person office. Called India only to be lied to again that they would contact driver and have my deliver resent. Totally useless company that doesn't care about it's customers. If I had a choice I would NEVER USE FEDEX.

Tracking my package on Monday said it would be delivered by end of day as it was “On Fedex vehicle for delivery” in Houston at 8:27am... perfect... by 8pm Monday tracker stated it would be delivered Tuesday by end of business day... ok no problem... there’s delays I get that. By 8pm Tuesday tracker states “Scheduled delivery: Pending”... whoa wait a minute you said it was on a truck Monday? Did you just put it back into your facility? So I make a quick call to India, which knows the same information I can see on the tracker. Nice job FedEx, way to get your staff the information they need to do their job. Anyway they said the facility would contact me... no call on Wednesday. I wait all day and reach out to my friends in India, who now tells me the last scan was at this facility and I can go pick it up if I would like or give them until Friday to deliver. Not having time to get a part time job as a FedEx delivery courier here I am on Thursday still waiting... I see an overseas call in my future. Thanks to my Indian friends Jack and Jill... oh I get it... they got me.

Numerous delivery issues on different occasions.nMy delivery date was rescheduled 3 times and we found out our packages sat in a Houston location for 3 days before an internal investigation had to be done to collect all my packages and correct the problem. Management said they would give a follow up call to make sure I received my delivery but I never received that call.nAnother incident...Driver stating they tried to deliver my packages but never showed up to our business. I called FedEx with info and their system showed different...the representative stating my shipper put a hold on our packages. This was false information once our shipper verified they did not place any hold on our packages. FedEx rescheduled this appointment for the following day. Management stated they will call for follow up this Thursday to make sure I received my packages...we will see.

Do not use fedex if you can possibly avoid it. They often skip trying to deliver packages because there is zero accountability in the company. If you finally track down your package, and go to pick it up yourself they might tell you even though it is in the facility you can not pick it up now... just because. Please do yourself a favor and use any other shipping service. Also do not bother calling their 1-800 number, getting an actual human is tedious and they cant/wont get anything accomplished. Even if they tell you, they did, there is such a disconnect to the ground centers, nothing actually happens.

I worked here and was assigned a horrible team where they don't even communicate with you, i even called to make sure and they couldn't even give me a time to work. They have you waiting and running like a headless chicken.
