This is the last time I ever enter this location. And probably the last month I use sprint. Definitely won't be using TMobile. I came in because since the merge, I have been having issues with my Google phone. It does a master reset and my sim deleted itself. Without any hesitation, the rep says I need to have a tech look at my phone and to travel to the nearest tech facility. But I have no idea where they are. My phone doesn't work right now, so I can't look it up. And if it's something customer service can help with over the phone, why can't they help with it in the store??? Because it's a store front. They only sell devices and get customers activated. That's it. This is stupid. I'm over it.
Came to this store because the one on 518(broadway) had a sign on the door saying to come to this location and it turns out there's 3 sales associates only. people said they've been in store for 5 hrs(they where being helped already) and another one has been waiting for more than 1 hours to get helped. That's crazy people have things to do.
