Ford's Landing Mini Storage

Xavier, the guy who stays on the property goes around harassing people who are working on their projects at night. It's a 24 hour facility and the business card specifically says it's a place for your hobbies. He has put locks on my units when the bill is paid and disabled my entry code as well. He's lazy and puts a sign on the door stating that he's out on the property when really he just leaves work early. I always have to go to the office the next day and speak with Jeff (property manager and great guy btw) to get the locks removed and my code back online. It's a major inconvenience and very unprofessional of Xavier. I'm considering taking my business (2 midsized units and food trailer) elsewhere. How am I supposed to run my business consistently if can't get in on random occasions based on Xavier's mood.

I'm vary disappointed in service here why are they allways changing my locks with out telling me and 2 nights ago my car was broken into and a whole of my personal items came up missing an when I went to address it some guy named xazaiur acted like it was not a big deal , I'm extremely angry an after paying my bill on time he still put locks on my storages like he owns my stuff , no sir I'll definitely be getting contact of the corporate of this storage facility because just because I decide to spend my money here don't mean you can have my property sir that's not how this works I'm a heart bet ayett beat away from calling Ksat 12 news to report this 5 and maybe it would be wise to find some new employees to work their the only one that has any kind of social skills or manners is the older guy named Jeff he is polite and fair but the kid they supplied a job to is really going to bring that place down real fast I'm sorry that one individual got me vary angry and irritated other people's belongings don't belong to you little boy so stop trying to insult my intelligence I may pay for a storage or two but you still don't own any of my belongings I hope the owner see what your doing I've lived here all my life in San Antonio and you are a criminal for taking advantage of your employees I'll be sure to file lawsuites against you if you have the option of finding a storage center go anywhere but here exspecially if that rude young man is working he will take ownership over your property even if you pay your bills on time , I'd rather drop off my property at a homeless shelter before ever taking my buisness their so disappointed plz heed the warning I give you just now pulled up here to take my buisness else where I refuse to be your victim not today and not tomarrow I'll be happy to be set free from your currupt games how dare you take what u want from my belongings shame on you shame on you

Safe and quiet. My belongings were safe while I needed to store them. Open 24 hrs which was great

I highly recommend this place. I’ve had to store my stuff for 5yrs until I finally got my home. Anytime I needed access because (deployed) I lost my key or forgot my code, this guys were there. The price is affordable, easy access and my stuff was safe here. I just want to thank the staff for great customer service through the years ud83dude4cud83cudffc

This is the best storage ever,nI've been a bit late w payment many times and they hang in there w me,,, these guys are really the greatest, also very very safe, they purchased bump key PROOF locks for tenants , now what storage does that? Ford's Landing is Your best Storage facility!!!
