Third visit and not need to return. Customer service definately not a priority. Young staff free to carry on slap stick anticks sucking the time clock with no regard to serving the customer.

The gentleman greeting people at the front desk needs better PR training. The mechanic who did the work was good. Mark who finished my transaction was very professional. Thumbs up. My reservation for a pick up truck was magically changed to another location with a last minute notice by text ... something not good is happening at U-Haul.
