Great customer service! Tabitha rang me up before I even got to the store and then worked with me to make sure my battery was installed correctly. Hopefully, I won't need to return but, if I do, it's great to know there is such a customer friendly location just around the corner!

I came in to get help with changing my drivers turn signal light bulb but wasn’t sure were to start. I have a Hyuandai and the location of the bulb was in a difficult position. With the help of Laura and Tabitha we came together and was able to change the light bulb after spending 30 minutes outside in 100 plus degree weather. I was amazed and beyond appreciative of the customer service they both provided. On top of that the positive attitudes they both had. Thank you ladies ya earned my loyalty as a customer hands down. Valuable workers hands down.

Jesus was so helpful...he replaced my battery...it was not easy. Since the post was very difficult 2 get to, he persisted till he got it done..he was awesome.

They told us to be back before 930 to pick up our battery. Their store hours are are till 10. We got there 830 doors locked left us stranded over night could not get our batteryor even buy the new one. Thanks so much for lieing to us and we're weren't the only people standing outside. Some man came to the door said I'm just the floor man they took off early.

Great customer service. The manager walked out and quickly replaced my wiper blade. It would have taken me 20 minutes ud83dude03!
