Walmart Photo Center

Did on line order of prints. When trying to check if the order was available 2 weeks later, I was put on hold, transferred a few times and nobody who did answer know what was going on. Was on hold an hour and 15 minutes total and gave up. Got that order done at Walgreens. Went into the store a few weeks ago and and spoke to a nice salesman and saw the machine to print my own. Went back in with my phone to print and those machines were now gone. The flu was preventing public use of them. Went back on line and tried to get 4 prints done. Melanie called again to say they were ready. She had called about 4 weeks after the first time and was now calling again. Went into the store to pick them up. There was no one in the photo area that day. Got sent up to the Pick Up area in the opposite side of the store. People went back and searched the photo area and couldn’t find pictures with my name on it. Today I called hoping someone would be in the photo area. There was a woman that answered. She took my name 4 times, was told Melanie had called to tell me my order was in and no, I still didn’t have the order number but then the original order was about 3 months old. The 5th time I was asked for the spelling of my name, I told her no and hung up. Didn’t like going to the other store because the traffic is so busy. People were super nice and the prints were good but that’s not an area I go to much. Will see what I’m stuck with doing.
