Joseph was the best.nMy wife and I both went in to upgrade our phones. My upgrade took about 10 min.nPhone upgrade for my wife took over an hour, and Joseph was there to help her the entire time.nThe causal conversations we had during the process were great also.

I had the worst customer service experiences ever !!! I was told it would take 1 Hour to do updates on my phone. We waited 2 hours. So we left. Went back 3 hours later. No courtesy call to let me know that my phone was ready. No info if it updated or not. They cracked the screen cover and said they didn't do it. And one of the associate said this is all we can do for u !!!! Really this is all u can do for me !!!! I don't think that any customer wants to hear that. They wouldn't replace the screen cover that they cracked. I think we will be leaving Sprint/TMobile plan and go with AT&T.

Update:I was able to change my 1 star review to a 5 star because the Manager Amanda was able to review everything and fix all the loose ends given the mix up. We are so grateful that we were able to get the situation evaluated and a very quick response. We are now looking forward to our services with Tmobile and working with good management costumer service. Thank you once again for all your help and getting everything situated and relieving the stress and burdens that were previously posted!nOriginal Review: Representative Ariel Diaz unfortunately does not fully understand what she is doing. She has messed up our transaction and made things more difficult and sends us a message on how to fix the situation ourselves and now says there is nothing she can do to help. Went in to speak with a manager and she says there's no managers on duty only assistant and they only work for sprint so they couldn't help the situation. This is utterly ridiculous. Still have to go in tomorrow and ask once again to speak with a store manager, because they definitely know what they are doing and wont walk away from the situation just as she did today. Sorry but this is not good costumer service especially showing attitude just because she didnt seem to want to deal with the situation. We are very frustrated at this point. Hoping things get cleared up or we might have to go back to our old carrier. Still relying on a real manager to access the situation. I will update review when we actually get to speak with a manager and not just a sells rep.

Please learn from my experience and get a appointment before you visit. They are insanely slow and just waste time talking among themselves in the back with 10 customers in front. Just do not care about you at all. Waited for more than 90 mins just for a sim change

The young lady, Julie, that assisted me was wonderful. My service was fast and efficient today.
