Bad customer service, the guy was rude and not helpful. I tried to switch my son’s phone to Metro because he needed a new phone. I’ve seen some good phone deals online, but when I went there the guy was interested only in selling us the high price plan.nWe ended up purchasing a new phone from another carrier.nDefinitely online deals and the actual store are misleading. First and last time in that store.
This is the Metro store you've been looking for! True story, earlier in the day I stopped by a local dealer but the employee wasn't interested in helping me upgrade my phone and instead tryed to convince me to buy 2 new phones with new phone numbers. He promised that I was going to be getting the best deal available but he wouldn't tell me what the deal was. Needless to say I didn't return to that store and instead came this one (thank goodness!) The employees here are patient, knowledgeable, and just very human which is hard to find these days. Because they didn't try to convince me to buy something I didn't need or try to hustle me, I ended up buying much more than I anticipated and I felt great about the purchase. Keep it up guys! Sorry my review is so long but I thought it was worth sharing my experience, especially with so many other metro stores around the area
Lena was phenomenal. She has great customer service and helped us find everything we needed. Also Luis, the store mgr., gave us great deals and set our phones up for us. Great location, great customer service.
