I would like to give them NO stars but this review panel won't let me do that. This company is a SCAM. I purchased a phone from them through another company called Back Market. The phone didn't have all of it's parts and would never have worked. I returned the phone and they will not refund my money. It has been two months and both Back Market and K-Wireless are continuing to give me the run-around. They have set things up in such a way that not even PayPal can help me get my money back. DO NOT BUY A REFURBISHED PHONE FROM EITHER COMPANY!
