I visited this location earlier this week to get my screen replaced. I was having a really rough week and when I dropped my phone, I was in the worst mood. When I came into the store I was greeted by Bridgette and she was so nice and helpful, it instantly made me feel better. I dropped my phone off and it only took about an hour for the repair. When I returned to pick it up, Bridgette greeted me by name and made me feel like a valued customer. This isn’t the T-mobile store I usually go to but I’ll definitely return for future services.
Customer service is the bomb. Nice curtious and very helpful workers. Recommend this place. Signed. Thank you.
I go there once a month to pay my bill! And they are awesome!
It’s a shame you have to give at least one star because this stores employees basically have no idea what T-Mobile has going on plus they sure joke around a lot. When you ask them a question they seem confused and have to ask another employee if we have any deals going on. What a waste of a T-Mobile store and a group of ridiculous employees, I’ll just stay with Verizon.
Ten stars if they had it. I enjoy going there everyone is helpful and kind justin was awesome! A great store to go to with even better service and deals.
