My husband and I were looking for a living room set so we visited the huebner location and Robert assisted us in selecting the perfect one. In my opinion, you can have the best merchandise at the best prices but at the end of the day customer service is the key. The delivery was fast and I appreciated the way Robert followed up with us before and after delivery. I'm not exaggerating when I say that he's an asset to the company because he makes you feel like family, not like a customer. Looking forward to more purchases with this location :)

Robert and Sarah made my experience wonderful. Right when I set foot in the store they were helpful, knowledgeable, patient and weren’t pushy. They weren’t like the usual sales people that make you feel uncomfortable, which I loved because I was very hesitant to walk in and get that experience. I ended up with a couch that fits my budget and fits well with my little family. I’ll definitely be going back in the future. This is the place to go! Excellent customer service, reliable and honest. Very impressed!!!!!!!!

Amazing service from Robert! I have been with buddys for a few years now and this is by far the best store and I highly recommend it. He goes above and beyond and out of his way to get you what you are looking for! Very well deserved 5 stars!!!

I love this place! I have been in San Antonio for 7 months and after shopping around for a while, I found the crew here and have been dealing with them ever since. They do everything to work with me and around my schedule and are always professional and awesome! If you want great customer service then this is where you should go to.

Best customer service ever, quick and efficient and very patient. Great customer skills and they helped me pick out great furniture i got a dining room set and living room set in less than 30 mins. I got a dining room set then changed my mind I had no problem whatsoever exchanging it for another one no hassle no drama on the spot. I cant emphasize the level of service at this store. Definitely drop by its worth it.
