I love shopping at JC Penney's! I've been wearing the Worthington Brand since the 80s. Nice selection of clothing. Just yesterday I checked out the latest kitchen pots & pans. Despite the few employees available, both a manager and a lead named Nina came to assist.nCan't wait until they open the dressing rooms again!

Wow, it makes a vast difference when you can reach an understanding with people. I was attempting to shop for birthday gifts and didn't have time to complete my list. I asked a Manager to hold my items until I return tomorrow and was told: No problem ud83dude0a

Went to have my 16mo old granddaughters Christmas pics taken this evening. Needless to say she was not having it and we were only able to get 3 half decent pics and didn't even try the second background. The two young ladies working were so understanding and accommodating! They helped me pick out the best of what we had to work with and gave me an amazing deal on the price! I had the babies first Christmas pics taken here last year and was very pleased as well. I will continue to come to this JCP photo studio for all of her pics! Thank you ladies for making this experience the best it could be under the circumstances.

We had received a badly burned ladies top in the mail and went to store to return it. We went to a very long line & then noticed the small print on a sign that returns were in another area. We went there and the line moved quickly and the employee was very, very nice and efficient.

It was nice visiting my store again, well I'm ill & don't go out much because of my illnesses I'm in so much pain because of them. So I stay home but I definitely was in need of some winter clothes being that I've lost weight and nothing was fitting anymore. The only thing I didn't get to find was pajamas, warm-ups and under garments which I need very much too, also I didn't have any points accumulated either, so I'm going online see what if I get the rest of what I need.nMay you have a Blessed night ud83cudf19, Amen.
