This place is gr8! :)) We had ordered a cake for Valentine's and due to all of the weather we finally received it today. We got helped immediately, and our cake looked perfect and as we asked for! The sugar cookie is my favorite. ☺ufe0f☺ufe0f Frosting tasted wonderful. Everything was awesome. Thank you for giving us such an awesome experience! Keep up the good work.

I worked for this location twelve years ago and management needs to get it together
Does anyone even work here? No one answers the phone. I have a simple question but I live far from all the malls and driving here just to ask my question would be ridiculous!
Tried to order online and it kept telling me to call, ok thought easy enough. I call and tell the person answering the phone what cookie cake I wanted to order...which I requested the squared. He then tells me it is easier for the round one which they have already set up several for the day that the squared one takes longer yada yada and how does that apply to me? Ok, fine just do the circular, then he goes on saying what do you need written I tell him and then he goes on by giving me the price. I told him no, I want a certain style it was a birthday cookie cake so then he goes on by saying he can draw something which I didn't want I wanted a certain picture from the site. Either way he was going to charge me more for the picture...huh? I have ordered many and have never been told that. I go on by telling him that when you go online and checkout there is no extra fee for that. He then says it is the owner. Well you know what? Cancel it and I am going to another place. So I ordered from the one at Westover with no issues whatsoever. So disappointed. This is the one at the lower level at Ingram.
