This place just keeps getting worse and worse I called and was assured that they would hold a device for me until I Sunday and when I call the sold it how amazing not to mention they are disrespectful and not always honest with there sales tactics

Angela worked diligently for three hours to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone. Without her I'd be lost. Why does technology have to be so complicated!

The store in Rockport is good, the service is terrible. I don't know if it's coincidental, but seems to have started with the merger. We have been a custer over 15 years and probably won't be much longer.
