Will never buy from them again. Sofa is broken. Say they’re going to fix it. Call multiple times. Say they are coming to pick it up, take off work to be there, they don’t show up or call. Finally after I call to inquire they come and pick it up on a Tuesday and it won’t be fixed until the following Monday. Never an apology. Blame it on lack of communication with other employees. Need some customer service training and communication skills.

Very disappointed. Got a brand new refrigerator had to pick up. Took it home a it didn't work. Was supposed to wait 3 more days for a new one.AND I WOULD HAVE TO PICK IT UP.!!! OR PAY 125 DOLLARS. ud83dudc4eud83dude28ud83dude28

First of all they delivered the wrong headboard and they never did anything about it. The furniture is not wood it’s like cardboard or some other material. It catches every stain I cannot put anything on the dresser without it leaving a mark. The dress has a drawer that is broken so whoever set it up did a lousy job. Please don’t get your furniture from Badcock you will be sorry. Don’t get excited about their showroom. The furniture is not what it seems.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! First of all I should have know better when they sold my mom a sectional with no legs and then tried to dispute her down that it didn’t come with legs!!!!!! My sons bunk bed has cracks in the wood and I found pieces that I’m sure are suppose to go somewhere on his bed, underneath the bed. They didn’t bring the slats so I had to go to the store and pick them up myself! My Reclining Leather sofa back is broken and first time around they forgot to attach the middle console back on.. it was still in the box tucked inside the back of the sofa! They came back to put it on and apparently stripped the holes! So here I am, I’ve been waiting for a technician for weeks. We scheduled, but he didn’t show two weeks in a row and no phone call to cancel! The guy at the store said that someone would call me when they opened this morning to let me know what time the tech would be coming to my home today! I’ve been waiting all morning for his call, but instead he calls me when he’s pretty much on the way.. so I’m hightailing it down Interstate 95 trying to get home because I really need this done! I literally get there at 3:04 only to find a note saying “sorry I missed you at 3:00 call store to reschedule!!!” I’m livid I’ve been waiting a whole month and he couldn’t wait 4 minutes!!!! I didn’t want to give you star at all but it’s the only way I could leave a comment!!!!

I think the sales guy was Jack very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They even let me buy the recliner that was on the sales floor instead of waiting on one to come in.
