Went in to get a promotion didn't receive promotion and paid 148 dollars for a phone thats still not working 24 hours later
Firstly, their switch carriers deal is the best around- got myself a screaming deal on a new phone. But what really makes 'em 5 star is the customer service. My old carrier bungled the number transfer, leaving me without service for a day. Everytime I tried to take care of it by myself, I got the run-around. I had no other option to drive back into town and go to the store. While it was an inconvenience, the ladies knew exactly what to do the moment I walked in. My issue was resolved in 10 minutes and the staff were always friendly, helpful and very polite. Great people to do business with.
The management and there is no good be careful because they will take things that don't belong to them I would not recommend find another place to handle all your cell phone needs if you're looking for the ghetto place then maybe this is the place for you
Service is not that good because its on the t mobile network
