Jesse was very helpful and patient. I bought a phone and then changed my mind while he was setting it up so he voided the order and helped me purchase and set up a different phone. My husband was in the car waiting with the radio on and killed the battery. Jesse then came out and helped us jump our car. We received excellent service all around and would recommend this particular store to anyone that would let me. Thank you SO MUCH JESSE.

I was frustrated shopping for cell phones and plans, and decided to give this TMobile store a shot. I was welcomed the minute I walked in, and it felt like home. Not only did everyone seem helpful, the team was spot on, especially Chris, the manager, who was outstanding with customer service, and running his crew. More than happy!
