Helpful, but you got to know them. Was the first in line. But when your not part of their team, you kinda feel shunt out of there business. The American Caucasian Man was very helpful. The lady, the Medivan and the black kinda shows that they have there own business, but probably if your a regular customer you got your way of going around. Ask a simple question, but the person told me go to this shop to get it replacement of what I was asking. He he told me to go to this address they can get parts better than here. Huh? Aren't you supposed to sell parts and answer the question for quality. Been here before, just lately found out they work for Auto Zone, ahhh Answer the questions in the mind. Oh well, just be the one that knows them better than my experience was last Friday! Been here for so many parts and so many accessories just wonder why. Probably go check out Auto Zone than here. Goodbye O'Reilly Auto Parts store. Great while it lasted?????

I was there 2 weekends ago,, and a man named Frank helped me. I suspected I needed a new battery for my car, and he plugged my car in and determined that I, indeed did need a new battery. He was so kind, that he went to his car and got supplies and swapped it out for me right there. I was happy to not have to figure it out myself! He was a great conversationalist and his customer service was top notch!! Thank you!!!

I've been coming here for over a decade purchasing motor oil, car battery, fuse bulbs, car wax, incense, coolants/sealants, ect.nThis's a good place to go to for minor car/truck needs.nStaffs Always Very Knowledgeable.nO'Reilly's carry all the parts, tools and accessories you need for your car/trucks for the inside and outside.nThey'll also help you with minor issues such as the battery or what a signal or sensor mean.

The days of the knowledgeable parts counter person are gone. Thanks to monopolistic Corp America anyone can ask year make model and the terminal will show them the part you need....... The only way the retail stays open is business delivery and high prices. Online would already have killed them if it wasn't for the delivery to shops and the need it now customer. Employees here are very good with trying to help.
