We hired this company to provide security near a gap we had in the fence to our RV lot, we kept having break in's. We put in the contract that the guards were to position themselves near this gap, but we found on the camera's they would park on the opposite side of our lot where it was dark. We found two guards on two difference occasions sleeping and on the wrong side of the lot. We fired the company that night. When I woke up the guard that was sleeping in her car, she started screaming. I told her to leave and that we didn't need to pay a guard to sleep. She didn't even ask for my name or ID, I could have been the person breaking in, but she just drove away. We spoke to the manager, who got the owner involved and they agreed we would not be charged for their services and that was the end of it.nnAlmost a year later someone called and threaten to sue us if were didn't pay $7000. We only used the company for about 8 shifts that were less than 8 hours. They never sent us a bill and we were informed the manager was fired so our previous conversation doesn't mean anything.nnThis is a unprofessional company and I would not use them. We had break in's the night a guard was posted. Whats the point of hiring a company who just sends guards to sleep at the work site. A manager from my understanding checked on them because it was outside of there area.nnSTAY AWAY!
