Richard at Premier Computers was exactly what I was looking for in a computer repair service. I took my macbook to the Genius bar at first, and they didn't give me any options to work with. I took it to Richard the next day and he helped me find the best solution to suit my needs. I'm writing this review from my computer that the genius bar could not help me with for less than $500. Also, he doesn't charge a diagnostic fee, and will open up your machine right in front of you, and go over any issues you're having. So, you can feel very confident, you're getting the best service. I can't recommend Richard and Premier Computers enough.
Richard is great, he went through my computer With me to see what’s wrong with it. Instead of charging me like the other computer repair guys to just take a look at it. I recommend You go to him if you have any problems with your computer. He’s a really nice guy too.

My Mac Pro was repaired by Premier, with a fair quote and quick service.nThis was a complicated repair and was accomplished in one day. The repair has been operating for 2 months and no problems. My experience was very good with this company. The owner was easy going and kept things simple. There was no attempt to up-sell. He did exactly what he said he would do. Overall, it's easy for me to give a rating of 5.0. I'm happy to recommend Premier to my friends.
