Excellent customer service from store reps Ben, Elisiva and store manager Tia!..I am visiting from out of town and my phone broke and I needed a new phone. This team was awesome in their assistance with helping me not only choose a new device, explaining the new protocols with the new merger to T-mobile and pricing for the new device. Amazing customer service, today this two girls even when that guy from store close to Fred Meyer he dont want to open and check my account so i can buy the new Note 20 Ultra, this two girls open and they tell me all of the information , they dont have the phone in the storage but still smile and amazing customer service Bravo, i hope same people like this two will work in the store close to Fred Meyer, they ask me if i want to go back and tell to that guy to open my account and that store have this phone, but i was angry and i will wait until they received in the other place
This place has been a revolving door of young, disrespectful millennials that only care about sales with no customer service follow up. Work ethic and responsibility? What does that mean?nI think they’d rather give excuses and waste your time. No more visits for me to this store. Worth the drive to somewhere else.
