I would give zero stars if given the option. Sales reps were friendly, but the rep I spoke with didnt help much. She didnt really bother to ask why I was there for a warranty replacement. She looked over my phone and my account and said that there wasnt much she could do and that my only option was to upgrade or come back in 2 wks or so to try for a warranty replacement. All the while I have been without service and still without service. I left not happy and without a working phone. It seemed that wendy and the store manager only cared to make a sale of an upgrade. No help pertaining to the problem I had at hand.nUpdate...nAlmost 3 wks later, service still not restored. Customer service kept giving the excuse of towers being modernized for 5g and the merge with sprint. Bottom line, my service will not be restored unless I upgrade my phone. My phone is originally from sprint and will no longer work on tmobile network. Service was lost with no notification and they are not able to do anything to restore my service. Therefore they have not given great customer service that they highly promote.

We got very bad customer service at this T-Mobile Location. We went here looking for an upgrade/financed phones, mind you we’ve been customers for many years this guy I believe Trayvon was very unprofessional with us but we called T-Mobile and they were great to us but this store was not. My dads money is valuable too. This guy was just rude to us

My screen protector was not installed properly when I bought it. So it came off and broke. Wendy helped us out and was great service. We were in and out quick and even bought a protector for my rear cameras. Give Wendy a raise. Thank you ud83dude0a

Every time I come to this store I get nothing but perfect service. All the employees are patient and willing to help. I love coming to this store because I know that my needs will be met!
