I just had an experience where my life got turned upside down. Shantel from Brickyard was truly an angel. Helped me get an iPhone that I couldn't find anywhere for a very sick child. I can say enough positive things about her and the whole staff including Rick and Daja as well. Love my family at T-MOBILE. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!!!

After my wife had an issue logging into her Apple phone the genius’ at the Apple store recommended she head to Best Buy to see if the Geeks could help her. Not only could they not help her they were rude and disingenuous. As a last resort we decided to see if somehow T-Mobile could help. Luck would have it Bryson was available and literally took care of my wife’s phone in 15 minutes!! Bryson is waaaay more helpful and knowledgeable than any Geek and definitely a genius as well. Thanks Bryson.

Bryson Toole @ Tmobile has always been awesome and very knowledgeable and to the point. He has always saved me tons of cash with right suggestion. I am both business and personal line customer and have been going to all the stores that he moves to over the years i have been with Tmobile. Thank you once more for helping me with the lines and phones. Good job for taking care every time I come over.

It took us 5 attempts to change our family plan from Sprint to TMobile and Bryson Toole was the person who finally accomplished it! Definitely visit this TMOBILE store in Mt. Pleasant.

My experience at this T Mobile store was undoubtedly the best in-store mobile experience I have ever had. Our visit was overshadowed by the fact that my wife and I just lost one of our phones. Knowing that we would be footing the bill, we were skeptical. All of that was thrown out the window when we walked in and were greeted almost instantly. Joseph was probably the best employee I’ve ever met at a mobile store. He was sympathetic to our reason for being there and found us fantastic deals within 15 minutes. From switching carriers and paying for new phones, our visit wasn’t more than an hour long. As a military service member, my family has never been taken care of as well as this. To top it off, Joseph had some witty and tasteful jokes up his sleeve, and turned an experience - which we dreaded - into a pleasant afternoon. Thanks Joseph and T-Mobile!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!
