Terrible customer service, dirty stores, clientele make you think twice before you enter here. Cashier rudeness is at an all time high.nnLoss prevention is over baring and everyone is a target. You can't even bring in a few of your own items without being looked at weird.nnParents allow their kids to play media loudly on their devices disrespectfully to other shoppers. Allow their children to play with the toys for sale like it's a play pen. The most frustrating part is if a child makes a mess they won't pick up after them.nnThe changing room customer service is terrible. Now that they're closed you see people trying clothing on in the aisle ways. Yea that's what I want to see partial nudity in the aisles.
We found the Christmas table linens that we sought. The prices were silly good. The staff was quick & friendly. The store was clean. At Ross we felt safe in spite of an uptick in the Covid epidemic.
I like Ross but today at this store the cashier at the register # 1, 3:10 pm. She was rude, i wanted to get a headboard, she told me I had to carried my self to the register., no problem I could have done that, then i ask for a plastic to wrap the headboard, she said we don't have that in a sharp voice. This people shouldn't be working giving costumer service.
Went in for my daughter a jacket found exactly what we needed for a super cheap price as always.
