I'm a regular customer of Khol's. I've been in Kohl's stores from Washington State to Texas and have had excellent customer service and shopping experience. But today I was treated unfairly. I shop in the clearance section every visit to get the best deals well when time to check out the cashier inspected every item as if I had tampered with the tags to get a reduced price. I'm certain that she was doing that because her comment was wow that was a great deal I can't believe it let me double check in the system cause this can't be right. I mean every item had it's price tag on it but she went the extra step of manually typing in the bar codes to make sure they matched the actual price tag that was on the items. And she actually brought in another cashier while they were busy to help her go over the items to make sure she didn't miss anything. I said was this necessary why can't you just scan the bar code. And I was told that she's just being extra sure the tags are correct. I'm really upset that I would get picked out to have every item scrutinized as if I was being dishonest and accused of changing price tags. For the record I was never accused of changing the tags just treated that way in my opinion. I will never shop at Khol's again because of this treatment. Never!

Associate in the young mens/denim section was clearly following me making sure I wasn't stealing. With the conditions of those sections you'd think he'd have better things to do. Clothes just layer over the clearance section and hardly anything sized correctly. Will not be back

I love Kohls simply because of the reasonable clothes they offer at a decent price. Even better are the never ending discounts I receive as a card holder and the additional perks like Kohl's Cash, Friends and Family discounts and my Yes To You rewards cash I can even apply directly to my bill. Only issue, and it's a pretty big one, is they overstock on sizes that are really big and never have enough of what I want in my size. I often wonder who does the ordering for this store since that seems like a rookie mistake, poor planning or just plain negligence. Oh well, I'll keep showing but would definitely buy more if they had my size!
