BA Med Spa & Weight Loss Center

Today was my first experience with BA Med spa, and Med spas all together. The place was in pristine condition, and Alex and Jenny provided top of the line services today. All the staff I was in contact with were very sweet, and helpful. They made this a very painless experience especially since I'm a newbie when it comes to this area. Alex was very detailed in everything she did when providing a facial, and Jenny made the Botox and lip filler experience a fun, and as painless as she could which was so nice since I was very nervous. The quality of care, and service surpassed my expectations, and I can't wait to go back when it's time. 10/10 would highly recommend especially if you're looking to try out the medical aesthetic experience, and you won't be disappointed. The prices are also amazing, and very affordable which is just a plus.

I’m still a little confused on how my appointment ended up like it did! I have never been to a med spa before. BA Med Spa looked like they had options in which I liked. I’ve tried dieting, personal trainers, prescribed diet pills, & cosmetic surgery. Something I’m not specifically proud of is the cosmetic surgery & diet pills. Therefore I was hoping they could offer a more non invasive method to weight loss without the surgery & diet pills. It ended up being a complete violation of my privacy. I was asked what I was doing and who I was seeing for my weight loss now. I responded nothing and no one, mostly because it’s not something I talk about and two it was irrelevant to me. She proceeded to name and list my past prescription refills over the past year in which I have no idea on how or where she received that information. I have not been asked any of that by my esthetician, massage therapists, or cosmetic surgeons before. I worked for a weight loss dr for 10 years and never violated a persons privacy during a consultation! I do know some meds that we offered were controlled substances and we did have to be careful. At this time I didn’t even know what they had to offer. I did know that I wasn’t interested in taking any other medication and instead of the nurse asking that, she felt the need to violate my privacy and justify it by stating she was protecting her dr. There was nothing for her to protect her dr from! I didn’t even tell her what I was wanting to do because again I didn’t know the options. I pretty much told her that it wasn’t any of her business on what Drs I was seeing and I was not there to take anymore medications and I wanted to learn all the other options that could be available for me! She talked to me very briefly on the cool sculpting, gave me a $7200 quote for 12 sessions. I politely stated that was more expensive than lipo. in which I could get that done for 1/3 of the cost and it last longer! I never received any other options or explanations on anything else before I went on my way! I never did receive an apology and left there feeling like it was a complete waste of time!

We had some miscommunication at first, but the owner called me personally and cleared it up and fixed it.. I thought that was very professional!! Would recommend.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and clean facility. Becky was awesome and Jenny can't say enough very pleased with the services she gave me.
